1. The project perspective:
- What do you want to achieve?
- Are your goals clear?
- How will you measure success?
- Did you select the right software and the right partner?
- Are your business case, budget, and timelines realistic?
- Do you have enough people to do the project, and do they have the right experience?
- Are you clear on your processes and the changes that will happen to the end-user?
- Is your data ready? Do you have a data strategy?
2. The broader organization perspective:
- Is the broader organization aware of your project?
- What is going to change for the organization?
- WHY are you doing this project?
- HOW are your users going to use the new processes and tools?
It’s important to tackle these questions from the beginning and envision the project end to end.
You might not have all the answers in the beginning. You’ll get some answers during the project and some towards the end.
But you need to make sure that these questions are on the radar.
